For apartments, villas and commercial spaces

One coordination point for renovation, renewal and maintenance in Antalya

Proje Antalya brings together the trades a job actually needs — planning, strip-out, plumbing, electrics, surfaces and joinery — and coordinates sequence and communication under one plan.

Whether you need a defined repair, a bathroom–kitchen renewal or a multi-trade conversion, we start by making the current condition, the goal and the dependent work visible.

What is Proje Antalya?

Proje Antalya is a managed service network that helps plan and coordinate renovation, renewal, maintenance and technical work for apartments, villas and commercial spaces in Antalya. Different crews, one work plan

Finding a good tradesperson is not enough. What plumbing is done after strip-out, when electrics and mechanical work start, when surfaces can close and when joinery can begin all depend on each other. Doing a step too early, too late or incompletely can affect the next job.

Proje Antalya aims to break the need into work items, bring the right specialists and delivery crews together, and coordinate scope, dependencies and communication under one plan. The user can then see what is progressing, why, and in which order — instead of managing unaware crews one by one.

  1. Understand the need and current condition.
  2. Separate included, excluded and still-to-be-decided work.
  3. Set the required trades and sequence.
  4. Coordinate handovers and decision points between crews.
  5. Record open items and next steps at the end of the work.

Trust is built with visible records, not adjectives

Calling a firm “the best”, “flawless” or “guaranteed” is not proof. Trust is built by making visible who is responsible, what will be done, why a trade is needed, how changes will be recorded, and what is handed over at the end.

  • A record of the starting need and current condition.
  • Separation of included, excluded and pending work.
  • Work sequence, crew handovers and decision points.
  • A close-out record of completed, remaining and maintenance items.
  • Working contact routes, a real service area and current business details.

From need to delivery, step by step

  1. Tell us the needShare the type of space, the area, the problem you see, or the result you want.
  2. Clarify the first scopeWe identify the information, likely trades and whether an on-site review is needed.
  3. Build the work planIncluded and excluded work, sequence, responsibilities and inputs for a quote are made visible.
  4. Coordinate the workSuitable crews, dependencies, decision points and communication stay on one plan.
  5. Check and closeCompleted work, open items, use/care notes and next steps are recorded.

The right solution in Antalya starts with the building’s context

The same job is not planned the same way in every building and use pattern. The age of the apartment or villa, exposure to coast and sun, moisture and water risk, year-round or seasonal use, whether the space is empty or occupied during the work, site rules and access conditions can all affect materials, method and sequence.

That is why we treat not only the service name but also the building type, the area, the current condition and the use goal as part of the starting scope. Local value comes from building the solution around those conditions — not from adding the word “Antalya” to every page.

  • Apartments and apartment living.
  • Villas, detached houses and outdoor areas.
  • Offices, shops, restaurants and commercial spaces.
  • Hotels, apart-hotels and tourism-oriented buildings.
  • Owners who live away or use the property seasonally.
  • Site, apartment and facility managers.

Questions

Is Proje Antalya a trades classifieds site?

No. It is not an open marketplace where you pick from many profiles. It brings together suitable specialists and aims to manage scope, sequence and coordination from one point.

What kind of work can I enquire about?

You can enquire about renovation and renewal, architectural planning, interior finishes, water and mechanical systems, electrics, joinery, surveying and property maintenance. Only services with verified capacity, scope and a working contact route are shown as active.

Do I need every detail before I start?

No. Describing the problem, the type of space and the result you want is enough to begin. The first review identifies which information, surveys and trades are needed.

How do survey and quoting work?

First we outline the need and current condition. If a site visit is required, its conditions are set. A quote follows once work items, materials, access and other inputs are clear. A free survey or a firm price at first contact is not assumed.

Can kitchen, bathroom, electrical, plumbing and joinery sit in one project?

Yes, when the relevant capacity is verified. The model is to keep survey, sequence, crew handover and communication on one coordination plan. Exact scope and responsibility are stated in the quote and contract.

How should I judge whether a renovation service is trustworthy?

Do not rely on adjectives or result photos alone. Check real business and contact details, who is responsible for which role, comparable examples, included/excluded scope, how quotes and changes are handled, required professional authorisations, and the handover/close-out record. Proje Antalya makes the same information visible in its own presentation to the extent it can be verified.

Can I follow the project while living outside Antalya or abroad?

Yes. If access, approval, reporting, keys and privacy are defined up front, you can follow the project from outside Antalya. Scope and material decisions, points that become clear from photos or video, and written approvals can be handled remotely. On-site survey, hidden work seen after strip-out, handover checks and key/access handover need an on-site representative or a booked visit. Media records are shared as part of the decision file; key and privacy rules are written. Contact runs through working phone, WhatsApp and email, according to human language capacity.

Which parts of Antalya do you cover?

Coverage can change with the type of work, crew capacity, project size and timing. There is no blanket promise for every district. Share the need and location and we check current capacity.

How long will it take and what will it cost?

Duration and cost depend on current condition, scope, quantities, materials, access, permits, crew dependencies and changes. Fixed duration or price is not published without enough data.

Can you also handle maintenance and technical work?

Yes. The catalogue is set up to include planned maintenance, repair and technical-system needs as well. Whether a service can be offered is confirmed after the relevant trade and working capacity are verified.

Let’s clarify the need together

Share the type of space, the area, the work you want and any timing you have in mind. In the first review we will identify which trades and which information are required.

The first step only asks for basic contact and a short brief. Do not upload ID, title deeds, a full address, keys or detailed documents.
